Still at it.

Sorry about the week long hiatus from posting but I'm still here pluggin away. Things are going just fine with the Bowflex. I have not been following my eating plan as strictly as I have in the past, but I haven't been pigging out either.

Took a fishing trip this past weekend and had a great time.

If you have never hooked up with a steelhead in a fast moving river, your missing out. It's a total blast. Yeah so what, I'm wearing a disguise. I got tired of all the other fishermen yelling out "Hey, it's the Bowflex Diaries guy!" Just kidding.
