Start of week one = 200
Start of week two = 195
Start of week three = 191
Start of week four = 188
Start of week five = 186
Start of week six = 183
End of program = 181
A total loss of 19 pounds and two inches from my waist. I am pretty happy with the results and look forward to the next step.
I now plan on creating my own 6 week program revolving around the 3 two-week plans outlined in "The Bowflex Body Plan." Tonight I will start with the "Thicker Chest" program following that up with the "Accent on Arms" then finishing with "Abdominal Focus." There is no eating plan with these programs so I am planning on using the first two weeks from the "Fast Fat Loss Now" program I just finished.
I will post the routines tomorrow and am still working on the before and after pics from the first 6 weeks.
