Weekly Weigh-In

Six more days left on the program. I am happy with the results so far. I have lost 17 pounds and have noticed increased muscle definition in my legs and arms. I am contemplating what I will do starting next week. Right now, I am thinking about starting a two week program that focuses on the arms, followed by a two week program for the chest, than another two week program that targets the abdominals. I will still be doing an entire body workout, it's just these programs contain a different set of exercises with emphasis on specific parts. That would be another 6 weeks, ending the second week of May. All of the programs I am talking about are outlined in "The Bowflex Body Plan" by Ellington Darden. If you have a Bowflex, you should get this book. I will be posting the workouts and the continuing results here.

Are you going to post a before and after picture? I am waiting for my Bowflex - to be delivered in the next few weeks and then me and the wife are going to kick some ass!

Keep it up. I'd really like for you to post those routines too. Could be really useful.

I've just posted my first befor and after pics. Although I'm so psyched about the result (of course) I'm still feeling pretty embarassed about the before pics.

Makes me wonder where my head was at for so long!
