Viva Las Vegas!

OK, Im back from my weekend in the city of sin. I had a great time and got to play poker every day, which was a blast. Didn't make any money but didn't lose much either.

Weigh in on my return was 193 which was a gain of two. Not too bad since I had some great food. Just in case you're wondering, Vegas is NOT the place to go while on a diet! I also wouldn't suggest going there if your celibate, a recovering alcoholic, have a gambling problem or like to sleep.

There is a Starbucks like every 30 feet or so, and one great restaurant after another. Try the mexican place Isla's or the posh Buccaneer Bay, both at Treasure Island. The Mexican Cucumber at Isla's is a great drink. Absolut Citron with sugar and fresh cucumbers, very refreshing, but straight vodka will F you up, so beware! And pack a fat wallet when going to Buccaneer Bay. The food was most excellent and it's a treat having your waiter and his (assistant's) serve your every request, but you will pay for it. Expect to pay $200+ for two at dinner, especially if you drink.

I'll post a weight in a couple of days to see if Vegas caused any permanent damage to my program.
