Monday Morning Weigh-In Week 5
Today marks the beginning of week 5. Time to tighten the screws. I now have to cut my calories by 100 a day. That just means changing my afternoon and late-night snack to 50 calories instead of 100. I plan on doing that by eating a small container of applesauce, which is exactly 50 calories or half a container of yogurt. I also have to increase my water intake again. It's gonna be hard work trying to drink 192 ounces of water a day. Between taking sips of water and running to the bathroom, I'll stay pretty busy.
Honestly, I do not do as well with my water intake during the weekends. At work, I can usually get all my water in everyday, but come Monday, I can tell that I have not had enough water. I feel so much better through the week after a day or two of superhydration, which is what Dr. Darden calls it. I urge everyone to give it a try.
Start of week one = 200
Start of week two = 195
Start of week three = 191
Start of week four = 188
Start of week five = 186

Hey Chad!!
Did you notice the pattern of your weight loss? 5lbs first week, then 4, then 3, then 2 lbs. Shouldn't it be consistent 'cause it gets more strict every week?? Or have you been slacking?! LOL jk keep up the great work!! You're almost there! :-P
I'll admit, I haven't been perfect with the program. But I think it has to do with the fact that the more weight you lose the harder it gets to lose.

actually, I will proabably be doing it again. you can do it a couple times in a row, so i might be in it for 12 weeks.
